We are looking for a Web Developer – Level 3 for Natural Resources Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability/Secret.

The proposed resource must meet the ff:

1. The Bidder must submit the Résumé of one (1) Web Developer – Level 3 for evaluation and must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as a Web Developer in accordance with the TBIPS Supply
   Arrangement.
2. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has completed a minimum of two (2) years, within the last five (5) years, providing services as a Web Developer on WordPress website projects.
3. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, updating and optimizing website functionalities to improve data
   retrieval and workflow efficiency.
4. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, coding web applications and custom multilingual WordPress
   themes and plugins that meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2) standards.
5. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has experience as a Web Developer for a minimum of three (3) years, within the last five (5) years, involving changes to a complex enterprise-wide application for the general public (defined as geographically distributed across more than one province and/or country, with a minimum of 100 users).
