We are looking for Two (2) Programmer/Software Developer – Level 2 for Statistics Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability and Bilingual.

M1 The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years cumulative experience programming using CSS, XHTML and Javascript/JQuery with the last five (5) years.
The Bidder must provide one (1) or more project summaries that demonstrate this experience

M2 The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of one (1) year experience implementing a solution based on the WxT
(https://www.drupal.org/project/wxt) Drupal 8 distribution within the last 3 years.
The Bidder must provide one (1) or more project summaries that demonstrate this experience.

M3 The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years cumulative experience implementing a solution using Drupal 8 or 9 within the
last 5 years.
The Bidder must provide one (1) or more project summaries that demonstrate this experience.

M4 The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of six (6) months experience implementing a cloud based solution in a DevOps environment within the last 2 years (ex: docker,
kubernetes, terraform, helm, pipeline configuration)
