We are looking for Technical Writer – Level 2 for Department of National Defence Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret and Bilingual

1. The proposed resource must have one of the following academic qualifications: (1) a College or University Certificate as a Technical Writer; or (2) a College or University Diploma/Degree in Science, Technology or Engineering from a recognized Canadian College or University.
2. The proposed resource must clearly demonstrate two (2) years’ experience within the past five (5) years in developing SOWs and SORs.
3. The proposed resource must clearly demonstrate two (2) years’ of continuous experience within the past five (5) years in a technical writing role in the Government of Canada (GoC).
4. The proposed resource must clearly demonstrate two (2) years’ experience within the past five (5) years preparing procurement documents related to machinery or laboratory equipment.
