We are looking for Four (4) Technical Project Executive - Level 3 for Global Affairs Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret
We are looking for Four (4) Technical Project Executive – Level 3 for Global Affairs Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret:
1. The Bidder MUST demonstrate, using project descriptions, that each proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, as a Project Executive or a minimum of five (5) years of experience with a recognized professional certification (e.g. PMP, Certified Information-Systems Auditor certification (CISA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), etc…) as outlined in the TBIPS category description for a Project Executive – Level 3.
Each cited project summary MUST:
2. The Bidder MUST demonstrate, using project descriptions, that each proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years, within the last five (5) years, of experience as an IT executive driving a Cloud transformation initiative that included SaaS, PaaS and IaaS and cyber security deliverables.
3. The Bidder MUST demonstrate, using project descriptions, that each proposed resource has a minimum of six (6) years, within the last ten (10) years, of experience in IT control reviewing, testing and reporting.
4. The Bidder MUST demonstrate, using detailed project summaries, that the Proposed Resource has experience within the last five (5) years with at least one (1) Public Sector** project where the proposed resource
planned and executed a Large Project* for a client with national impacts and involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or vendors.
Each cited project summary MUST:
Public Sector** shall include Federal (including Crown Corporations), Provincial and Municipal government organizations as well as any quasi-governmental organization in Canada.
Large Project * A Large Project is defined as a project or program that must meet the following three (3) characteristics:
Note: In the event that more than one (1) project summary is provided,
only the first project summary in the order submitted will be evaluated.
5. The Bidder MUST demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, providing Project Executive services to clients for an Information Management (IM) and/or Information Technology (IT) transformation project involving a decentralized user community located in multiple countries (more than 1) and with multiple physical locations (more than 10).
Each cited project summary MUST:
6. The Bidder MUST demonstrate that proposed resource has completed a post-secondary education from a recognized Canadian institution. The degree/diploma program MUST be a minimum of two (2) years in length.
A copy of the diploma/degree MUST be submitted as part of the proposal.
