We are looking for Special Advisor – Level 3 for Department of National Defence Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability

1. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has designed and implemented a commodity for an international Trade Platform within the past 5 years, with over $5M of transactions at the time of bid closing.
2. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has the following educational requirements:
• Bachelor of Arts, Political Science; and,
• Bachelor of Computer Science
A copy of the certification must be provided with the bid.
