We are looking for a Senior Project Planner
 for National Defence Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

 

The proposed resource MUST have the ff:

  • The Bidder must provide a detailed resume for the proposed Senior Project Planner that clearly demonstrates that the proposed resource achieves the minimum required score of 90 points (combination of education, professional certification/designation, and/or experience) for TSPS resource category 3.4 Project Planner, Level: Senior, as described in Attachment 1 to Part 4, TSPS Flexible Grid.The proposed Senior Project Planner’s resume must provide complete details as to where, when, month, and year, and how, through which activities/responsibilities, the stated qualifications/experience were obtained.Educational qualifications above high school and professional certifications/designations must be supported by copies of appropriate documentation (degree, diploma, or other verifiable proof). Points will not be allocated for those elements if the evidence is not provided with their bid. Failure to provide this proof with their bid will render the bid non-responsive.
  • The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed Senior Project Planner has a minimum of eight (8) years of experience within the last twelve (12) years, from the date of bid closing, performing the following four (4) tasks on multiple projects:

    Note: the Bidder must demonstrate 8 years of experience per the four (4) tasks to be deemed compliant.

    1) Creating and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS);

    2) Creating and maintaining project Master Schedules

    3) Conducting critical path analysis; and

    4) Monitoring and tracking progress of project Master Schedules, including identifying scheduling and dependency issues

  • The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed Senior Project Planner has a minimum of 24 months of experience within the last five (5) years, from the date of bid closing, using Microsoft Project as a scheduling tool to create, maintain, and analyze project MasterSchedules.

  • The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed Senior Project Planner has a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last eight (8) years, from the date of bid closing, performing schedule management and scheduling duties as their primary role on large and complex projects.Note: Large and complex projects are defined as projects with all of the following elements:
    1. The dollar value of $100 million or higher;
    2. Deal with multiple stakeholders and/or clients; and
    3. Span multi-year or multi-phase.
