We are looking for Senior Procurement Specialist for The Department of Crown-Indigenous Relation and Northern Affairs Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability

1. The Bidder MUST demonstrate that the proposed resource as Senior Level Consultant meets the minimum points requirements to qualify under TSPS Flexible Grid (Attachment 1 to Part 4)
Education:
-Any degree from a recognized post secondary institution will be accepted.
-For evidence of credentials, certification(s) or professional designations, the Bidder MUST include a copy of each degree, diploma or certification or provide a traceable certificate number for verification purposes. In the event a copy of a degree, diploma or certification is not readily available, an Official Copy of a transcript from the conferring institution which clearly identifies and confirms the individual’s successful completion and/or graduation from the program claimed; or an Official Letter from the conferring institution which clearly identifies and confirms the individual’s successful completion will be deemed acceptable
2. Experience:
The Bidder MUST demonstrate that the proposed resource has ten (10) years of experience in the procurement field within the federal government (as a public servant or a contractor) providing advice and guidance on complex procurement and contracting related issues.
*Complex is defined as involving the following attributes: multiple awards, multiple streams; multiple phases or years, high dollar value (over $1M).
Dates are calculated as of the closing date of this RFP.
The CV MUST be in sufficient detail to clearly demonstrate the minimum
qualifications for the proposed Resource. Listing experience without providing any supporting information describing where, when and how such experience was obtained will result in the experience not being included for evaluation purposes.
Specific details include:
i) Start and end dates of employment / cited work experience (note that dates should be identified by month and year – for example March 2008 to February 2011, and should indicate the duration in months– for example 36 months, to facilitate the evaluation process);
ii) Employer name or client name for whom the work was completed; and
iii) An indication of what the work performed by the resource entailed (e.g. a brief description, etc.).
