We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist for the Office of the Auditor General of Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

The proposed resource must meet the ff:

The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience contributing to procurement policy or procurement process development in the federal government context. The Bidder must demonstrate this experience by providing a summary of two (2) projects completed by the proposed resource, each with a duration of no less than 6 months and where three (3) of the following tasks were demonstrably performed, within the last five (5) years:

a) conducted a review and assessed the maturity of current procurement processes;

b) established and monitored an inventory of pain points and challenges that need to be addressed in the current procurement process;

c) executed an environmental scan to identify domains in which the current procurement process may need to be adapted to respond to Government of Canada requirements;

d) contributed to the refinement of existing procurement processes and the establishment of new procurement processes;

e) collected feedback from relevant stakeholders to support the drafting of procurement directives and standard operating procedures;

f) drafted procurement directives and standard operating procedures; or,

g) managed the implementation of new procurement tools.
