We are looking for Risk Management Specialist – Level 3 for The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability and English or Bilingual or French

1. The Bidder hereby certifies that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten years of experience as defined in the TBIPS SA for the resource category P.12 Risk Management Specialist (Level 3).
The certification provided by the Bidder is subject to verification by OSFI at all times. The Bidder must provide substantiation of experience, using project descriptions, within 48 hours of request by OSFI. OSFI will declare a Bidder in default if any certification made by the Bidder is found to be untrue, whether made knowingly or unknowingly, during the contract period.
2. The Bidder must provide evidence that the resource holds a valid security clearance at the level of: RELIABILITY.
3. The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource meets the following mandatory criteria:
a. Experience, on three Separate and Distinct Projects at a Government of Canada department, agency or Crown Corporation implementing a risk management program or function.
b. For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the last seven years.
4. Experience, on three Separate and Distinct Projects;
a) developing or interpreting performance indicators in relation to IM/IT risk trends; and
b) developing and maintaining risk profiles or dashboards, for an IM/IT program, service or project.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the last seven years.
5. Experience, on three Separate and Distinct Projects, identifying evolving risks from internal and/or external developments and/or technology trends.

6. A valid professional designation/certification in one of the following:
a) Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC);
b) Certified Information System Manager (CISM);
c) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA);
d) Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)
