We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.
We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.
The Contractor must demonstrate that the resource meets the following mandatory criteria:
1) Experience, on two Separate and Distinct Projects, at a Government of Canada department, agency or Crown Corporation, implementing a risk management program or function.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the seven years preceding the issuance date of this TA.
2) Experience on three Separate and Distinct Projects,
a) developing or interpreting performance indicators in relation to IM/IT risk trends; and
b) developing or maintaining risk profiles or dashboards, for an IM/IT program, service or project.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the seven years preceding the issuance date of this TA.
3) Experience, on three Separate and Distinct Projects, managing evolving risks from:
a) internal developments;
b) external developments; or
c) technology trends.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the five years preceding the issuance date of this TA.
4) Holds a valid professional designation/certification as follows:
a) Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC);
b) Certified Information System Manager (CISM);
c) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA);
d) Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA); or
e) Certificate in Risk Management obtained from a recognized Canadian university or college.
