We are looking for Project Planner – Level 3 for Department of National Defence with a Security Clearance Level of Secret

1)The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience within the last 15 years, as of bid closing, performing five (5) or more of the following tasks:

1. Developing and maintaining project master schedules, in accordance with North American industry’s best practices on dynamic scheduling, while integrating any relevant contractor’s master schedules using Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera
2.  Analyzing schedules for integrity and quality;
3. Conducting critical path methodology assessments;
4. Developing and maintaining schedule management documentation;
5. Tracking the progress of the project including cost and schedule controls;
6. Conducting schedule risk assessments;
7. Working with the Risk Analyst to integrate the schedule into the Integrated Cost and Schedule Risk analysis;
8. Working with the Earned Value Management specialist to integrate schedule data into the Earned Value analysis;
9. Providing planning, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of individual work packages utilizing industry best practices.

2)The Bidder’s proposed resource must have three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the last five (5) years, as of bid closing, using Oracle Primavera as a scheduling tool to develop, maintain and analyze integrated master schedules, critical paths and present schedule impacts.

3)The Bidder’s proposed resource must have two (2) years of demonstrated experience in *Large and Complex projects within the last five (5) years in each of the below:
A) Schedule management
B) Developing project schedules;
C) Maintaining and controlling project schedules; and
D) Analyzing project schedules

4)The Bidder’s proposed resource must have completed an advanced level Oracle Primavera P6 training, as of bid closing.
