We are looking for a Project Manager – Level 3 for the Treasury Board with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability/Secret.

1. Bidders must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of 48 months of experience leading or providing professional services for projects involving human resource (HR), payroll, or pension functions utilizing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products for a public sector organization comprising least 500 employees with operations in multiple cities and an annual budget of greater than $200M.

2. Bidders must demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience reviewing and providing strategic advice on Treasury Board Submissions for transformational projects involving the delivery of new processes, organization, technology, or information capabilities within the last ten (10) years.
