Overview

We are looking for Project Manager - level 3 for Public Health Agency of Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability

About MDOS Consulting

1) The contractor should demonstrate that the proposed resource has a university degree (PhD, Graduate, Undergraduate); OR College or CEGEP Diploma/Certificate of relevant education in project management, business, finance, information management, or other related field

2)A proof of education is required and must have been obtained from a recognized Canadian university or established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside Canada.

3) The proposed resource holds at least one additional current and valid professional certification(s), in addition to a PMP, through industry recognized certification bodies.

Examples of acceptable certifications include:

  • ITIL – IT Infrastructure Library
  • Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP)
  • Certified Project Manager (CPM)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Professional in Project Management (PPM)
  • BVOP Certified Project Manager

The contractor must provide proof of certification for proposed resource(s)

4)The contractor should demonstrate, through presentation descriptions, that the proposed resource has experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, at the date of bid closing, in the preparation of project status reports and project presentations for Senior Executives of more than 8 years.

The contractor must provide the following information for each Presentation description:

  • Subject;
  • Intent (informative, demonstrative, persuasive, inspirational);
  • Date the presentation was provided; and
  • Delivery method.
  • Audience receiving the presentation and number of attendees; and
  • Results (change, decision, agreement, etc.).
  • Project name;
  • Project Value (CAN$);
  • Client organization;
  • Project start /end dates (mm-yy) and duration; and
  • Project description (size, scope, location and key dates).

Presentations must have been made to Senior Executives at any EX Level, or equivalent.

5) The contractor should demonstrate, through project descriptions, that the proposed resource has experience working on projects within a formal Project Management Office.For more i

The contractor must provide the following information for each Project description:

 

  • Project name;
  • Project Value (CAN$);
  • Client organization;
  • Project start /end dates (mm-yy) and duration;
  • Project description (size, scope, location and key dates); and
  • Description of role and tasks performed by the resource.
