We are looking for Project Manager – Level 3 for Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada with Security Clearance Level Of Reliability and Bilingual

1. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, working as a Project Manager.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);
• Project start & end date (month/year to month/year);
• Project description (objective, scope and deliverables) and role of proposed resource; contract number; and
• Project Value ($ CAD).

2. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have worked as a Project Manager on two (2) IM/IT related projects, each valued at a minimum of $2.5M, for a Public Sector organization, within the last seven (7) years, where the proposed resource was responsible for developing a minimum of three (3) of the following project artifacts:
a) Project Charter;
b) Project Scope and Work Breakdown Structures;
c) Project Plan;
d) Business Requirements;
e) Project Schedule; and
f) Risk Management Plan.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);
• Project start & end date (month/year to
month/year);

• Project description (objective, scope and deliverables) and role of proposed resource; contract number; and
• Project Value ($ CAD).

For project experience to qualify, the proposed resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of six (6) consecutive months.

3. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Project Manager, for a *Canadian Public Sector client, within the last ten
(10) years, reporting to **Senior Management on the project, on an on-going basis.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);
• Project start & end date (month/year to month/year);
• Project description (objective, scope and deliverables) and role of proposed resource; contract number; and
• Project Value ($ CAD).

*Canadian Public Sector is defined as Canadian Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Agency or Crown Corporation

** Senior management is defined as equivalent to the Government of Canada EX-01 level or above.

4. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have worked on at least two (2) projects implementing database application solutions for a *Canadian Public Sector client. The Bidder must provide a client reference for the project.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for the project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email address);

• Project start & end date (month/year to month/year);
• Project description (objective, scope, deliverables) and role of proposed resource.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);

• Project Value ($ CAD).

5. The proposed resource must have a university degree or college diploma from a recognized Canadian university or college, or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service if obtained outside Canada in a related IM/IT discipline..
