We are looking for a Programmer/Software Developer – Level 3 for Natural Resources Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability/Secret.

The proposed resource must meet the ff:

1. The Bidder must submit the Résumé of one (1) Programmer/Software Developer – Level 3 for evaluation and must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as a Programmer/Software Developer in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement.
2. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has completed a minimum of five (5) years, within the last ten (10) years, providing services as a Programmer/Software Developer on website presence development projects to clients.
3. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has experience as a Programmer/Software Developer with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, creating and modifying code and software for computers and servers.
4. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, in programming software solutions based on open
   standards and open-source software.
