We are looking for Two (2) Programme/Software Developer – Level 2 for Statistics Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability:

1. The Bidder’s proposed resource must meet the minimum requirements of the TBIPS Category A.6 Programmer /Software Developer, Level 2.

2. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of two (2) years cumulative experience programming using CSS, XHTML and Javascript/JQuery with the last five (5) years.

The Bidder must provide one (1) or more project summaries that demonstrate this experience.

3. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of one (1) year experience implementing a solution based on the WxT (https://www.drupal.org/project/wxt) Drupal 8 distribution within the last three (3) years.

The Bidder must provide one (1) or more project summaries that demonstrate this experience.

4. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of three (3) years cumulative experience implementing a solution based project on Drupal 8 or 9 within the last five (5) years.

The Bidder must provide one (1) or more project summaries that demonstrate this experience.

5. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of six (6) months experience implementing a cloud based solution in a DevOps environment within the last two (2) years (e.g. docker, kubernetes, terraform, helm, pipeline configuration)
