We are looking for a Procurement Specialist – Level 2 for National Defence Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

The proposed resource must have the ff:

• The proposed resource must have a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of demonstrated experience in the last seventy-two (72) months performing supply activities including:
  1. Analyzing reports from DRMIS and the DRMIS Business Intelligence (BI) Portal or equivalent SAP materiel management system.
  2. Planning and executing material distribution utilizing Repairable Materiel Accounts (RMA) via Inbound Logistics;
  3. Planning and coordinating stocktaking schedules;
  4. Experience in providing support to Repair & Overhaul (R&O) contracts;
  5. Contract management
• The proposed resource must have a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of experience within the last seventy-two (72) months using an MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook applications for the creation of correspondence in the form of minutes, letters, memorandum, spreadsheets, databases, and emails.
• In each activity, the proposed resource must have a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of experience within the last seventy-two (72) months using and performing the following activities within MS Access 2010 or MS Access 2013:
  • Develop and support applications to query data;
  • Create forms and design reports
  • Build applications with Form, Table, Report, and Query wizard;
  • Create and integrate macros into applications;
  • Implement advanced Access reporting features; and
  • Migrate to a server for multiuser accessibility.
• The proposed resource must have a minimum of thirty-six (36) months of experience within the last seventy-two (72) months performing Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming within MS Access 2010 or MS Access 2013.
