We are looking for Procurement Specialist – Level 2 for Canadian Forces Recruiting Group with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability

1. As per TSPS Supply Arrangement Flexible Grid (Project Management Services Stream – Procurement Specialist (Intermediate) the Bidder must provide proof that the proposed resource meets the required points for Senior
(minimum 70 points).
2. Bidder must provide resume of proposed resource(s). The resume must clearly demonstrate that they have the qualifications and necessary experience to successful complete all tasks and deliverables identified in the Statement of Work. At a minimum the resource must have experience and knowledge in the following:
a) experience in Government of Canada contracting/procurement (including developing statement of work and bid evaluations)
Asset Qualifications:
a) recent experience (within last 5 years) with the Material Management side of the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS).
b) experience in conducting training in procurement/contracting
c) Certified Federal Specialist in Procurement issued by General Standards Board
