We are looking for Information Technology Security Vulnerability Analysis Specialist – Level 3 for Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat with a Security Clearance Level of Secret of English or French

1. The Bidder must demonstrate that EACH of the proposed resources meet the minimum experience level of a level 3 Information Technology Security Vulnerability Analysis Specialist as per the TBIPS Supply Arrangement.
• 10+ years of experience
A detailed CV must be submitted with the bid.
2. The Bidder must demonstrate that EACH of the proposed resources have 48 months of experience conducting Vulnerability Assessments within the last 144 months at the time of bid closing.
3. The Bidder must demonstrate that EACH of the proposed resources hold a valid current certification in one of the following:

• OSSTMM Professional Security Analyst Accredited Certification (OPSA); Or
  • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) Or

• GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) Certification Or

• GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) Or

• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Or

• Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)

A copy of each valid certification must be submitted with the Bidder’s proposal.
4. The Bidder must demonstrate that at least one of the proposed resources holds a valid

• Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)
• Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) Or
• a GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) Certification.

A copy of the valid certification must be submitted with the Bidder’s proposal.
