We are looking for an Information Management Architect – Level 3 for Canadian Food Inspection Agency with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

1.The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as an IM Architect.

Provide examples of projects for which the proposed resource has professional work experience as an IM Architect.  The sum of all the examples must equal or exceed ten (10) years.

2.The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years in aligning business services, and processes, to information models to facilitate business transformation initiatives.

The proposed resource must have experience with all of the following:

1. Business Architecture models including:

• Logic Models
• Operating models
• Business Data Models
• Business Capability Models

1. Facilitate stakeholder (internal and external) meetings/workshops; and
2. Communicate findings to stakeholders and management.

Provide examples of projects for which the proposed resource has professional work experience aligning business services, and processes, to information models to facilitate business transformation initiatives.  The sum of all the examples must equal or exceed seven (7) years.

3.The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years’ experience within the last five (5) years performing all of the following:

• Develop and align business services, and business processes, to information models using Enterprise Architecture and/or Capability frameworks
• Identify opportunities for consolidation of common information and alignment of processes using business and information architecture models and techniques; and
• Assess activities which are candidates for process improvements, based on Information Architecture methodologies, and demonstrate alignment through business to information models.

Provide examples of projects for which the proposed resource has professional work experience performing all of the above.  The sum of all the examples must equal or exceed three (3) years.

4.The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of seven (7) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, developing and / or applying Enterprise Architecture frameworks, practices and procedures.

Provide examples of projects for which the proposed resource developed and / or applied Enterprise Architecture frameworks, practices and procedures.  The sum of all the examples must equal or exceed seven (7) years.

5.The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years experience in last five (5) providing consulting services based on TOGAF®, DODAF®, Zachmann or similar architecture frameworks.

Provide examples of projects for which the proposed resource provided consulting services based on TOGAF®, DODAF®, Zachmann or similar architecture frameworks.  The sum of all the examples must equal or exceed three (3) years.

6.The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years analyzing existing capabilities and requirements, developing redesigned frameworks and recommending areas for improved capability and integration.

Provide examples of projects for which the proposed resource analyzed existing capabilities and requirements, developed redesigned frameworks and recommended areas for improved capability and integration.  The sum of all the examples must equal or exceed five (5) years.
