We are looking for an Incident Management Specialist – Level 2 for Public Works and Government Services Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

The proposed resource must meet the ff:

1. The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years’ within the last five (5) years’ hands-on experience, prior to the RFP posting date, in performing the responsibilities of an Incident Management Specialist.
2. The Contractor must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years prior to the RFP posting date, in:

   • Analyzing of log files to identify and collect artifacts related to security incidents;
   • Analyzing malicious activity to determine weaknesses, methods of exploitation and effects on systems and information

3. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has:

   A university degree or post-secondary diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering fields; or, equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside of Canada.

   The Bidder must provide a readable copy of the Degree / Diploma with its bid.
