We are looking for Help Desk Specialist – Level 3 for National Research Council Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability
1)A minimum of 7 years of experience, within the last 10 years, using an Incident Resolution System to track and resolve problems reported by End-Users. Create Reports on performance and closed tickets
2)A minimum of 8 years of experience, within the last 10 years, formulating problem statements.
A problem statement is a concise description of issues or problems that need to be addressed by a problem solving team.
To meet this mandatory requirement, the experience must have been acquired in a Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
3)A minimum of 8 years of experience, within the last 10 years, providing systems administration and systems operations support, including setting up user profiles and access, and backing-up and recovering data.
4)A minimum of 8 years of experience, within the last 10 years providing coaching and training to other Technicians or users.
