We are looking for Help Desk Specialist – Level 2 for National Research Council Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability
1)A minimum of 3 year experience, within the last 5 years, using an Incident Resolution System to track and resolve problems reported by End-Users.
2)A minimum of 5 year of experience, within the last 10 years, providing systems administration and systems operations support, including setting up user profiles and access, and backing-up and recovering data.
