We are looking for an Enterprise Architect – Level 3 for Natural Resources Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability/Secret.

The proposed resource must meet the ff:

1. The Bidder must submit the Résumé of one (1) Enterprise Architect – Level 2 for evaluation and must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years of experience working as an Enterprise Architect in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement.
2. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has completed a minimum of three (3) projects, within the last ten (10) years, providing services as an Enterprise Architect on web presence development projects to clients.
3. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of one (1) year experience, within the last five (5) years, on Geospatial projects, defining the enterprise architecture, both existing and new, that would be used in the web-based application
   development and implementation.
4. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, architecting solutions in a cloud environment.
5. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of four (4) years of experience on cloud-computing projects (defined as a cloud implementation project utilizing Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform, for a client with over 100+ employees).
