We are looking for a Change Management Consultant Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

About MDOS Consulting

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

The Contractor must demonstrate that the resource meets the following mandatory criteria:

1) Experience on three Separate and Distinct Projects, developing the
organization change management (OCM) strategy and plan, and executing
OCM activities to support a technology-enabled business transformation
initiative with an overall project budget > $20,000,000.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the
project for a minimum duration of nine months within the seven years preceding
the issuance date of this TA.

2) Experience, on two Separate and Distinct Projects, at a Government of
Canada department, agency or Crown Corporation, developing
recommendations for organizational change management strategies and plans.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the
project for a minimum duration of six months within the seven years preceding
the issuance date of this TA.

3) Holds a valid professional designation/certification as follows:
a) Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP); or
b) Accredited Change Management (ACM) – Foundation or Master level.
