We are looking for a Change Management Consultant - Level 3 for Canada Revenue Agency with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant – Level 3 for Canada Revenue Agency with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

1.Experience with delivering change management services

The Bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that its lead proposed resource has least ten (10) years of relevant experience delivering change management strategies and/or plans within the past fifteen (15) years. This experience could have been obtained either in the public or private sector.

At least two (2) of the projects must have been completed within the last five (5) years and must have been transformational initiatives, impacting multiple areas such as Human Resources and Real Property, for the Government of Canada, a foreign government department, and agency or a private organization with a minimum of 5,000 employees.

The Bidder must submit Form A below to substantiate the response to this criterion and list only projects that comply with this criterion.

Upon request by the CRA, the Bidder must provide a client reference(s) and contact information for each project that can validate the information provided. Should discrepancies exist between the information submitted by the Bidder and the information provided by the client reference(s), the information provided by the client reference(s) will take precedence.

2.Experience with playing a key role* in a change management initiative in the public or private sector relating to workplace transformation

The Bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that its lead proposed resource has experience with playing a key role* in a change management initiative in the public or private sector relating to Workplace Transformation in these fields:

  • Accommodations/Relocation/Workplace change
  • Information Management
  • Information Technology
  • Human Resources

The Bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that they have at least one (1) project of relevant experience in Accommodation/Relocation and one (1) project of relevant experience in one (1) of the three (3) remaining listed fields above within the past 10 years.

*key role is defined as to be involved in a way that has a significant impact on the initiative. For example as a team leader, a project manager, or change manager. or another equivalent role.

The Bidder must submit Form A below to substantiate response to this criterion and list only projects that comply with this criterion.

Should discrepancies exist between the information submitted by the Bidder and the information provided by the client reference(s), the information provided by the client reference(s) will take precedence.

3.The Bidder must demonstrate that the its lead proposed resource holds the following professional designation:

  • Prosci ADKAR or a change management certification equivalent

Proof of Certifications must be provided.
