We are looking for a Business Transformation Architect Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

We are looking for a Business Transformation Architect Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

The Contractor must demonstrate that the resource meets the following mandatory criteria:
1) Experience, on a minimum of two Separate and Distinct Projects, conducting reviews of existing systems and business processes to identify strategies and processes in support of a technology-enable business transformation initiative.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the last five years.

2) Experience, on a minimum of two Separate and Distinct Projects, using facilitation methods to elicit business requirements from stakeholders and to document the identified business requirements in the form of stories to support an Agile development approach.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the last five years.

3) A minimum of five years of experience, within the last seven years, conducting BTA activities in support of a business system renewal project.

4) A minimum of two years of cumulative experience, within the last five years, conducting tasks and activities related to business transformation including a minimum of 4 out of 7 of the following
a) Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training;
b) Lead other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
c) Lead change impact analysis and change management activities;
d) Review all aspects of business services to identify redundancies, misalignments, gaps or inconsistencies;
e) Develop recommendations on how to make better use of people, processes, and technology to deliver services more efficiently and effectively and improve the user and/or customer experience;
f) Develop metrics relating to service delivery; and
g) Provide recommendations and support the client in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring).

5) Holds a valid professional designation/certification in as follows:
a) Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP); or
b) Project Management Professional (PMP).
