We are looking for Business System Analyst – Level 3 for Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada with Security Clearance Level of Reliability and Bilingual

1. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, working as a Business System Analyst.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);
• Project start & end date (month/year to month/year);
• Project description (objective, scope and deliverables) and role of proposed resource; contract number; and
• Project Value ($ CAD).

2. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have worked as a Business System Analyst on two (2) IM/IT related projects, each valued at a minimum of $2.5M, for a *Canadian Public Sector client, within the last seven (7) years, where the proposed resource was responsible a minimum of three (3) of the following:
a. Analyze, evaluate, develop business processes (financial, operational, systems, etc.)
b. Identify organizational and/or project business opportunities for improvement and streamlining of business processes.
c. Identify and evaluate critical success parameters, factors and performance measurements.
d. Assist other stakeholders in the development and implementation of business improvement processes and programs.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);
• Project start & end date (month/year to month/year);
• Project description (objective, scope and deliverables) and role of proposed resource; contract number; and
• Project Value ($ CAD).
For project experience to qualify, the proposed resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of six (6) consecutive months.

*Canadian Public Sector is defined as Canadian Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Agency or Crown Corporation.

3. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of work experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, implementing Filemaker solutions using the Filemaker Pro platform for a *Canadian Public Sector client

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);
• Project start & end date (month/year to month/year);
• Project description (objective, scope and deliverables) and role of proposed resource; contract number; and
• Project Value ($ CAD).

*Canadian Public Sector is defined as Canadian Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Agency or Crown Corporation.

4. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, working as a Business System Analyst
developing Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for application support and maintenance to provide for account creation, role-based security permissions and user authentication.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);
• Project start & end date (month/year to month/year);
• Project description (objective, scope and deliverables) and role of proposed resource; contract number; and
• Project Value ($ CAD).

5. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, working as a Business System Analyst conducting reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.

The Bidder must provide, at minimum, the following information for each project:
• Client Organization;
• Contact Reference (Name, telephone and/or email);
• Project start & end date (month/year to month/year);
• Project description (objective, scope and deliverables) and role of proposed resource; contract number; and
• Project Value ($ CAD).

6. The proposed resource must have a university degree or college diploma from a recognized Canadian university or college, or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service if obtained outside Canada in a related IM/IT discipline.
