We are looking for a Business Process Re-engineering Consultant Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability

We are looking for a Business Process Re-engineering Consultant Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

The Contractor must demonstrate that the resource meets the following mandatory criteria:
1) Experience, on a minimum of two Separate and Distinct Projects, using facilitation methods to elicit business requirements from stakeholders and to document the identified business requirements in the form of stories to support an Agile development approach.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the last five years.

2) A minimum of five years of cumulative experience, within the last seven years, conducting tasks and activities related to business process reengineering including a minimum of 5 out of 9 of the following:
a) Review existing work processes and organizational structure;
b) Analyze business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows;
c) Identify candidate processes for re-design; prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the modifications to the automated processes;
d) Provide recommendations in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions; identify and provide preliminary costs of potential options;
e) Provide recommendations in developing and integrating process and information models between processes to eliminate information and process redundancies;
f) Identify and recommend new processes and organizational structures;
g) Provide recommendations on and/or assist in implementing new processes and organizational changes;
h) Document workflows; and
i) Use business, workflow and organizational modeling software tools.

3) Experience, on a minimum of two Separate and Distinct Projects, using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 standard to document business processes.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the last five years.

4) Experience, on a minimum of two Separate and Distinct Projects, performing the analysis and design of automated workflow processes.
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the last five years.

5) Holds a valid professional designation/certification as follows:
a) Project Management Professional (PMP).
b) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP);
c) Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA);
d) Certified Management Consultant (CMC); or
e) Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF – CPF).
