We are looking for Business Process Re-engineering Consultant – Level 3 for Department of National Defence Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret

1. The proposed resource must either:
a) hold a post-secondary degree in engineering/applied science, science, computer science, business, finance, economics, or mathematics;
OR,
b) have held a military pilot license with over 1000 hours as First Pilot.
The Bidder must provide proof of credentials with the Bid.
2. The proposed resource must possess a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) months of demonstrated experience as a business analyst, business consultant, and/or business process re-engineering consultant performing functions such as: identifying business needs, analyzing business functional requirements, and determining solutions to business problems. These solutions include but are not limited to, software systems development, process improvement, performance measure development, organizational change, strategic planning, and policy development.
3. The proposed Resource must have a minimum of sixty (60) months of demonstrated experience in military flight operations and/or military aircraft maintenance.
Note: Military flights operations includes but is not limited to planning, coordinating, scheduling, implementing and supervising aircraft operations.
Note: Military aircraft maintenance includes but is not limited to analyzing, planning, coordinating, scheduling, implementing and supervising aircraft maintenance or on-aircraft component maintenance, repair and overall (MRO).
In both cases, aircraft can be fixed wing, and/or rotary wing, in military aviation.
