We are looking for a Business Consultant Level 3 for Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

The Contractor must demonstrate that the resource meets the following mandatory criteria:
1) Experience, on two Separate and Distinct Projects, at a Government of Canada department, agency or Crown Corporation, preparing and presenting, to the CIO and IM/IT Senior Management levels, recommendations related to the implementation of IM/IT Strategies, digital transformation (including cloud adoption).
For each project to be considered, the resource must have worked on the project for a minimum duration of three months within the seven years preceding the issuance date of this TA.

2) Experience, on three Separate and Distinct Projects, providing facilitation services associated with the planning and execution of in person or virtual IM/IT events, meetings, or formal consultations.

3) Holds a valid professional designation/certification as follows:
a) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP);
b) Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA);
c) Certified Management Consultant (CMC);
d) Project Management Professional (PMP); or
e) Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF – CPF).
