We are looking for Business Consultant – Level 3 for Department of National Defence with Security Clearance Level of Reliability and Bilingual.

MT1 The Bidder must submit a detailed resume for the proposed resource demonstrating how the minimum mandatory requirements are met (educational, professional designations and work experience) for resource category 2.3 Business Consultant, Senior, as described in Attachment 1 to Part 4, TSPS Flexible Grid.

MT2 The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has led the definition and development of a minimum two (2) strategic business plans in the past ten (10) years, which were implemented by large organizations.

For each strategic business plan, the Bidder must demonstrate the:

1. name of organization

2. description of the tasks and responsibilities of the proposed resource;

3. duration of Project;
duration of Project; and

4. reference contact.

MT3 The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience, within the last ten (10) years, performing the following tasks for one of the referenced Projects in MT2:

1. defining the dependencies between the organization’s mission, vision, objectives and work, then identifying the organization’s business lines and the interdependencies needed to achieve the objectives and mission in accordance with the vision.

2. developing a strategic plan that enables the organization to coordinate the achievement of its mission, within its available resources; and

3. providing information explaining how implementation of the strategic plan supports the senior executive’s decision making.

MT4 The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience developing a strategic plan for a real property focused organization with either the Federal or Provincial Government
