We are looking for Business Consultant – Level 3 for Department of National Defence Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret

1. The proposed resource must hold a post-secondary degree in engineering/applied science, science, computer science, or mathematics.
Note: The proposed resource, if applicable, must possess a certificate from a recognized Canadian institution, including Canadian Forces Institutions, or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside Canada. The list of recognized organizations can be found under the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials website.
The Bidder must provide proof of credentials with the Bid.
2. The proposed resource must possess a minimum of sixty (60) months of demonstrated experience as a business consultant performing functions such as: identifying business needs, analyzing business functional requirements, and determining solutions to business problems in the sustainment of in-service military aircraft and/or military aircraft acquisition projects.
These solutions include but are not limited to software systems development, process improvement, performance measure development, organizational change, strategic planning, and policy development.
3. The proposed Resource must have a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) months of demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance and/or aircraft engineering services.
Note: Aircraft maintenance activities include but are not limited to analyzing, planning, coordinating, scheduling, implementing and supervising aircraft maintenance or on-aircraft component maintenance, repair and overall (MRO).
Note: Engineering services include: aircraft or aircraft component design; Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis of aircraft systems; Technical Airworthiness activities for in-service aircraft (i.e. modification leaflets, non-standard repairs, deviations from maintenance program, etc.); and/or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) of technical data related to aircraft and their systems.
In both cases, aircraft can be fixed wing, and/or rotary wing, in military aviation.
