We are looking for a Business Consultant – Level 3 for Courts Administration Service with a Security Clearance Level of Secret and Bilingual.

1.The bidder must propose one (1) Business Consultant, level 3, as per TSPS SA – 2.3 and Flexible Grid at Attachement 1 to part 4.

2.The bidder must propose a resource that holds a valid Secret security clearance with CISD, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) at the time of bid closing.

3.Proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience preparing successful* recommendations and providing advice for improvements and assisting in developing solutions and implementing recommendations for procurement process and documentation (Statement of Work, Evaluation criteria, basis of Payment, etc.) for large IT projects.

*To confirm that the referenced procurement documentation were “successful”, the proposed resource must provide two (2) separate (distinct) client references where the proposed resource has worked as Business Consultant.

Canada reserves the right to contact the referenced client contacts** to validate that the proposed resource provided a service and support that met or exceeded their expectation(s).

Note: IT large project is defined as over 12 months and/or over $1M in staffing processes
