We are looking for a Business Analyst – Level 3 for Natural Resources Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability/Secret.

The proposed resource must meet the ff:

1. The Bidder must submit the Résumé of one (1) Business Analyst
   – Level 3 for evaluation and must demonstrate using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as a Business Analyst in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement.
2. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has completed a minimum of three (3) projects within the last ten (10) years providing services as a Business Analyst on website presence development projects to clients.
3. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has experience as a Business Analyst for a minimum of two (2) years, within the last five (5) years, liaising with client(s) through a product’s implementation life cycle and/or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) ensuring the solution aligns with requirements.
4. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has completed a minimum of five (5) years, within the last ten (10) years, planning, researching, and preparing technical documentation within an IT environment such as Statement of Requirements, System Specifications, User Manuals/Guides, and Online technical help content.
5. The Bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the proposed resource has completed a minimum of three (3) projects, within the last ten (10) years, experience developing and documenting statements of requirements for solutions, where open-source technologies were implemented as part of the solution.
   One of the projects must be for a Geomatics project.
