We are looking for Business Analyst – Level 3 for National Defence Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Top Secret.

The proposed resource must have the ff:

1. The proposed resource has a minimum of 24 months of experience within the past 8 years providing the executive level of a large (1000+ employees) private or public entity with recommendations to rectify enterprise-level human, financial, technical, or process deficiencies.

2. The proposed resource has a minimum of 12 months of combined experience within the past 5 years of developing enterprise-level plans or strategies to address one or more of the following organizational challenges:

a. Analog-to-digital conversion;
b. Digital automation;
c. Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning;
d. Cloud hosting;
e. Digital literacy; or
f. Adoption of new digital technologies.
