We are looking for a Business Analyst - Level 2 for Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Level 2 for Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

M1 The Bidder’s proposed resource must have five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years, at the time of bid closing, performing the following tasks:

1) Providing strategic and operational advice and guidance regarding information management strategies, practices, models and solutions; and

2) Contributing to information management policies, procedures and tools, such as revising and updating policies, assessing the effectiveness of policies, providing advice and guidance to policies (e.g. key performance indicators, assessments, and required changes).

M2 The Bidder’s proposed resource must have three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years, at the time of bid closing, working on projects where, in the same project, the proposed resource developed and implemented Information Management1 (IM) solutions.

For a project to qualify, it must include all of the following information:

1) a minimum of one (1) distinct stakeholder outside of IT (for example, the Finance or Human Resources divisions) and their expectation(s) from the solution;

2) a description of the business processes, which were part of the solution, and their impact;

3) how advice and guidance was provided to senior management (e.g., director level and above), such as, but not limited to, reports and presentations; and

4) how the success of the implementation was measured (e.g. key performance indicators), what issues arose upon implementation and how they were resolved, and the collaboration and consensus-building with business clients and IM team members to achieve adoption and successful implementation.

M3 The Bidder’s proposed resource must have worked on a minimum of two (2) projects within the last seven (7) years, at the time of bid closing, where the proposed resource developed and implemented enterprise content management2 strategies and products.

M4 The Bidder’s proposed resource must have two (2) years of experience within the past four (4) years, at the time of bid closing, working on Information Technology (IT) projects.

For a project to qualify, it must include at least one (1) of the following:

1) Building a core framework and approach for enterprise content management systems by integrating various tools such as RDIMS, SharePoint, eDocs RM, GCDocs, cloud systems, etc.;

2) Designing and implementing document management and records design activities, site/folder structures, libraries, RM labels and policies, facet and search design;

3) Developing records management approach to ensure information is seen through its lifecycle;

4) Developing quality assurance plans for the content of the organization’s information management repositories.

M5 The Bidder’s proposed resource must have two (2) years of experience within the past four (4) years, at the time of bid closing, assisting in the development and deployment of enterprise document records management systems.

For a project to qualify, it must include all of the following information:

1. An enterprise-wide summary-level records management classification structure comprising business entities and their relationships;

2. Focused on the business logic of the organization;

3. Defined Site/folder structure baseline;

4. Defined content types, metadata and term store;

5. Defined Libraries/sites distribution;

6. Defined RM Labels and policies;

7. Designed facets, searches and security labels;

8. Developed baseline users, groups and permissions model to ensure information access is appropriately granted;

9. Developed a Records Management approach to ensure information is seen through the lifecycle management (creation to disposition);

10. Managed all integral aspects of an EDRMS;

11. Developed supporting documentation for above items 1 to 10.
