We are looking for an Organization Development Consultant- Level 3 for Parks Canada Agency with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

We are looking for an Organization Development Consultant- Level 3 for Parks Canada Agency with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

1.The Bidder must identify a team of resources to perform the work outlined in Annex “A” – Statement of Work.

Bidders must identify:

  • the names of the individuals proposed to perform each role;
  • the resource’s role(s), and
  • the approximate number of days’ effort required by each

Bidders must provide a detailed CV for each proposed resource with its technical submission that demonstrate that the proposed resources have the requisite experience. CV must include references which may be contacted to confirm/validate information provided.

Only the experience of the individuals proposed to perform the work can be cited in response to mandatory requirements M2-M3 and point-rated requirements R1-R2.

2.The Bidder’s proposed team of security experts must have demonstrated experience with at least two

(2) security program reviews that involved costing of the organizational structure to deliver a security program and options for delivery, that are fully compliant and consistent with Federal Government requirements as specified in the Policy on Government Security and its accompanying “Directive on Departmental Security Management” within the past five (5) years.

Bidders are to provide a detailed description of the role, outputs and outcomes they directly contributed to vis-à-vis a minimum of two (2) projects that are relevant to this requirement. Only experience of the individuals proposed to perform the work can be cited.

3.The Bidder’s proposed team of resources must have demonstrated experience with at least two (2) projects involving:

  • a security risk and gap analysis;
  • a priorities and implementation strategy;
  • a organizational design recommendation;
  • a monitoring, reporting and implementation plan, and
  • a security management maturity assessment, within the past five (5)

Bidders are to provide a detailed description of the role, outputs and outcomes they directly contributed to vis-à-vis a minimum of two (2) projects that are relevant to this requirement. Only experience of the individuals proposed to perform the work can be cited.
