Overview

We are looking for an IT Security Methodology, Policy and Procedures Analyst - Level 3 for the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

We are looking for an IT Security Methodology, Policy and Procedures Analyst – Level 3 for the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

1. The Bidder’s proposed resource must be available for the duration of the contract and must be available to start within ten (10) business days of the contract award.  A certification of availability must be provided.

2. The Bidder must provide complete and current contact information for three (3) professional references with whom the Bidder’s proposed resource has worked within the past ten (10) years, from the issuance date of the RFP.

These must be professional references from engagements similar to that described in this statement of work, and should include:

  • Name
  • Job Title
  • Employer
  • Nature of professional relationship
  • Telephone contact information
  • Email contact information (Optional – provide if available and contact is in accord)

3. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, including three (3) years within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of the RFP, as an Information Technology Security Methodology, Policy and Procedures Analyst.

4. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum five (5) years of experience, including three (3) years within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of the RFP, working in a Government of Canada organization that is part of the Financial Institutions Supervisory Committee (FISC), specifically:

  • The Department of Finance,
  • The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions,
  • The Bank of Canada,
  • The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada, or
  • The Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation.

5. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum five (5) years of experience, including three (3) years within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of the RFP, conducting data loss prevention control assessments.

6. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum five (5) years of experience, including two (2) years within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of the RFP, developing data loss prevention strategies or action plans.

7. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum five (5) years of experience, including two (2) years within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of the RFP, developing data loss prevention policies and standards.

8. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum five (5) years of experience, including two (2) years within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of the RFP, developing requirements for the procurement of a data loss prevention solution and overseeing its implementation.
