We are looking for Four (4) Change Management Consultant – Level 2 for the Department of Health Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

We are looking for Four (4) Change Management Consultant – Level 2 for the Department of Health Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

1.The bidder must demonstrate in their proposal that the proposed resources possess the qualifications specified in the TSPS SA by providing a detailed résumé stating the proposed individual’s work experience and other relevant details, which clearly indicate that the individual meets the minimum years of related experience as outlined in the TSPS – Stream 2: Business Consulting/ Change Management Services – resource category description for a Change Management Consultant Level 2.

2.The Bidder must demonstrate in their proposal that each proposed resource has a minimum of sixty (60) months professional work experience within the last ten (10) years performing ALL of the following tasks:

  • Articulating the purpose of change in a manner that makes sense to staff and provides a compelling picture of the new organization;
  • Coaching staff on the value of their contribution within the new organization;

For the project cited, the following information must be identified on  the proposed resource’s résumé:

a) The name of the client organization (to whom the services were provided);

b) the Client employee name (client’s project and/or technical authority) and contact information;

c) A brief description of the type and scope of services that meets the identified criteria provided by the resource;

d) The dates and duration of the project (indicating the years/months of engagement and the start and end dates of the work).

3.The Bidder must demonstrate in their proposal that each proposed resources has a minimum of three (3) projects within the last ten (10) years performing ALL of the following tasks:

  • Designing interventions that improve organizational effectiveness through people-centered change;
  • Designing interventions aimed at improving organizational effectiveness through system-centered change;

 For the project cited, the following information must be identified on  the proposed resource’s résumé:

a) The name of the client organization (to whom the services were provided);

b) the Client employee name (client’s project and/or technical authority) and contact information;

c) A brief description of the type and scope of services that meets the identified criteria provided by the resource;

d) The dates and duration of the project (indicating the years/months of engagement and the start and end dates of the work).
