We are looking for a Computer Forensics Specialist - Level 3 for the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

We are looking for a Computer Forensics Specialist – Level 3 for the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

1.Detailed CV’s for proposed resource

The Bidder must submit a detailed CV for one (1) Computer Forensics Specialist Level 3 demonstrating that they meet the TBIPS requirements, including but not limited to, the following first three (3) tasks listed in the category tasks description.

  • Review, analyze, and/or apply:
    1. Forensic policy, standards, procedures and guidelines
    2. Network and computer forensics systems
    3. Secure laboratory operations
    4. Chain of custody of evidence
    5. Computer Incident Investigative Planning and Conduct
    6. Courtroom presentations
    7. National or international computer law and ethics
  • Draft investigative reports
  • Complete tasks directly supporting the departmental IT Security and Cyber Protection Program

The Bidder should list projects with start and end dates in months/years of experience for the applicable resource category as described in the respective TBIPS SA.

2.Work Experience

The Bidder’s proposed resource must demonstrate a 10+ years of work experience within the last fifteen (15) years of bid closing date, in an IT Security and Protection environment  conducting, forensic analysis of systems and compiling and documenting evidence as related to Annex A – Statement of Work.

Client project reference(s) must be provided.
