Overview

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant - Level 3 for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant – Level 3 for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.

1.The Bidder must submit the current resume of One (1) Change Management Consultant Level 3 and must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum ten (10) years of experience working as a Change Management Consultant in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-170432

The Bidder must demonstrate the proposed resource holds a current, valid Government of Canada SECRET or higher security clearance at the date and time of the RFP bid closing including the proposed resource’s full legal name, date of birth and security file number.

2.The Bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions, that the proposed resource has a minimum of one (1) project working as a Change Management Consultant on an enterprise-wide IT project for the *Canadian federal government to transform and modernize the technology infrastructure aligned to **Blueprint 2020 and public service renewal

(e.g. whole of government approach, open and networked environment, smart use of technology, high-performing workforce).

3.The Bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed resource has experience as a Change Management Consultant developing and executing a Change Management Strategy on a minimum of one (1) project within the last four (4) years to modernize, transform and implement an Information Management System.

*An Information Management System is a technology solution for the collection, storage, processing and distribution of information in support of business processes, management and decision-making.

4.The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) with Association of Change Management Professionals.

A copy of the certification must be submitted with the proposal.
