We are looking for a Business Analyst - Level 3 for the Office of the Secretary to the Governor General with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Level 3 for the Office of the Secretary to the Governor General with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

1.The Bidder MUST demonstrate, using project summaries, that the proposed resource has a minimum of Ten (10) years of experience, within the last Fifteen (15) years, providing Business Analyst services where projects involved business analysis for application development.

2.The Bidder MUST demonstrate, using project summaries, that the proposed resource has previously provided the following Four (4) types of tasks for clients:

  • Performed business analysis to define business processes using agile software development (ASD);
  • Developed business requirements and definitions for developing a Windows forms or Web application;
  • Developed diagrams and documentation requirements for application development – Business Requirements Document (BRD); and
  • Developed or assisted in developing testing criteria as part of software development

To be considered valid experience, the proposed resource must have worked on the task for a minimum of Four (4) months.

3.The Bidder MUST demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience as a Business Analyst for a minimum of Two (2) Government of Canada projects within the last Five (5) years.

At least One (1) project must involve architecting a Windows or a Web form-based application.

Projects MUST be at least Four (4) months in duration to be considered valid experience.
